Minimum Dealer Qualifications
- Brick and Mortar retail-based location that keeps regular business hours, a quality showroom, and must be open for inspection from an assigned sales representative from Kryptek Outdoor Group.
- An appropriate selection of complimentary outdoor based goods and services
- Dealer must sign and adhere to the Kryptek Outdoor Group MAP Policy agreement
- Initial Qualifying Order minimums must be met
- All other areas of authorized dealer qualifications are subject to Kryptek Outdoor Group dealer network and brand needs and we reserve the right to accept a dealer application or terminate an approved dealer relationship at any time

New Accounts
Orders are normally shipped upon payment. Credit card payments will be subject to an additional fee of 3%. Credit terms may be requested and are subject to review. Kryptek Outdoor Group reserves the right to reject any application.
Credit Terms
For accounts that are approved for credit terms, invoices will be sent per shipment on a Net 30 basis. Past due accounts will incur a 1.5% monthly interest fee. If an account is greater than 30 days past due it will be placed in review and may lose credit terms and we may require payment in advance of future shipments.
All merchandise purchased on credit from Kryptek Outdoor Group remains the property of Kryptek Outdoor Group until the account is paid in full. Payment chargebacks, for any reason, are subject to a $25.00 fee. If a customer does not qualify for credit terms, the default purchase method will be ACH with the option of credit card processing with an additional 3% fee.
